Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By browsing or purchasing a membership on this website, you agree to be bound by these terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, as published on kithsalon.com.au.
By using this website, you confirm that you have read and understood this agreement, that you have the legal capacity to enter into it, and that you agree to comply with all applicable Australian laws and regulations.
Kith Salon reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Kith Salon reserves the right to terminate access to any part of the website or membership at any time.
Membership & Subscription
By subscribing to a Kith Salon membership you agree to pay the applicable membership fee for the tier selected — The Book Club, The Circle, or The Salon — for the term agreed at the time of sign-up.
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
Kith Salon membership provides access to digital content, community platforms, reading materials, and facilitated sessions as specified for each tier. It does not constitute therapy, clinical advice, counselling, or medical treatment of any kind.
Membership & Subscription Renewal
By signing up to a Kith Salon membership you understand and agree that you will be charged at the standard rate on each renewal date, and that any promotional or founding-member pricing applied at sign-up does not transfer to renewal periods. Kith Salon does not accept responsibility or offer refunds where a subscription has auto-renewed because the member failed to cancel before the renewal date.
Your subscription is continuous until you cancel. If you cancel before the end of a current subscription period, you will retain access until the end of that paid period and will not be charged again.
IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP PRIOR TO YOUR RENEWAL DATE, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR A NEW SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD OF THE SAME DURATION AT THE THEN-CURRENT RATE.
Membership & Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account at kithsalon.com.au or by contacting us at [hello@kithsalon.com.au]. Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to take effect for that billing cycle.

Cancellations received after the renewal date will apply to the following billing period. Kith Salon does not offer refunds for renewal charges where cancellation was not completed before the renewal date.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, cancellation of your membership is straightforward and does not require you to contact us directly, your account settings allow you to cancel at any time without barriers.
Founding Member Pricing
Where introductory or founding-member pricing has been applied, this pricing is offered on the understanding that the member remains subscribed for the agreed initial commitment period. If a member on an introductory rate cancels before the end of the commitment period, the standard rate applies to all periods already received at the discounted rate, and the difference may be charged.
