What exactly is Kith Salon?

Kith Salon is a facilitated coaching and development community for women who want greater clarity, stronger self-trust and a deeper understanding of themselves and others - so they can move through life, relationships and work with greater confidence and capacity.Each Circle brings together 8–12 women for five online group coaching sessions over 12 weeks. You meet with the same women each time, creating the trust and continuity to examine ideas, test them against real life and learn through perspectives and experiences beyond your own.Carefully curated articles, readings, podcasts, videos and evidence-informed frameworks provide new ideas and a shared language. The coaching, reflection and conversation are what help those ideas open up new ways of seeing—and more possibilities for how you live, relate and move forward.The experience unfolds across two development arcs. Arc One, Expanding Capacity, explores Self, Others and World. Arc Two, Going Deeper, returns to those dimensions with greater depth, complexity and application.

Is Kith Salon a networking group?

Kith Salon is a facilitated coaching and development experience, not a professional networking group.Meaningful relationships may naturally form between women in a Circle, but you will not be expected to promote yourself, exchange contacts or arrive with a professional introduction prepared. You are there to think, contribute, listen and learn alongside the same small group of women.

Is Kith Salon exclusively for women?

Yes. Kith Salon was created as a women’s development community.The women-only setting is an intentional part of the experience, creating a space to openly explore the wider contexts that can shape women’s lives and development, such as Matrescence and Perimenopause.There is good reason for that choice. Research into women-only development programs suggests that they can create conditions for greater psychological safety, candid conversation, peer learning and the exploration of experiences that women may be less likely to raise in mixed-gender settings. Women in such programs have also reported benefits including greater self-awareness, confidence, authenticity, stronger networks and support from other women.That does not mean women all think alike or share the same experience. Quite the opposite. Kith Salon brings together women with different careers, families, perspectives, ages and life experiences. What the women-only setting provides is a particular kind of room in which those differences can be explored alongside experiences that are often shaped, in part, by being a woman.For Kith Salon, that environment is intentional. It helps create the trust, openness and connection needed for women to think honestly, hear perspectives different from their own and learn alongside one another.

Is Kith Salon just for mothers?

Kith Salon is for women, not only mothers.Many members may be mothers, and some of the ideas we explore will naturally connect with motherhood, relationships and family life. But Kith Salon is not a parenting community, and motherhood is not the lens through which every conversation is held.It is for women who want to understand themselves more deeply, think more clearly, strengthen how they relate to others and navigate the complexity of work and life with greater perspective. The value comes from bringing different experiences into the room, not from everyone sharing the same one.

Will there be in person coaching circles or events?

In-person Circles, events and retreats are part of the longer-term vision for Kith Salon.These will be designed for members and corporates who want in person sessions and more immersive development experiences. Kith Salon subscribers will receive first access when these open.

Question 7

Will I be expected to share personal information?

Accepted Answer

You choose what you bring into the Circle and how much you share. You may draw on a personal experience, a professional situation, a relationship or simply an idea you are still considering. You will be invited into the conversation, but never required to disclose anything that does not feel right for you.

Does Kith Salon use AI?

Kith Salon may use AI behind the scenes as a thinking and drafting tool, but never as a substitute for human judgement or connection. AI does not coach you, communicate with you as Kellie, assess you or make decisions about your experience. Personal or confidential information shared in coaching is never entered into generative AI tools.
