Development that expands how women think, relate and lead
As work becomes more complex, development cannot only be about adding more skills. Women also need opportunities to strengthen their judgement, work with competing perspectives, navigate relationships and respond well when the answer is not straightforward.
Kith Salon creates those opportunities through small, expertly facilitated coaching circles and focused development experiences for women at work.
Participants work with substantial ideas, bring them into conversation with real experience and learn alongside women who may see the same situation differently.
The result is development that builds not only what women know, but what they are able to notice, understand and consider possible.

Three ways to work with Kith Salon
Professional Circles, Parental Leave Circles and focused workshops & offsites give organisations different ways to invest in women’s continued development, contribution and growth.
Professional Circles
Sustained development for women navigating the complexity of work and leadership.

Across 12 weeks, the same cohort of 8–12 women take part in five expertly facilitated group coaching sessions, supported by carefully curated ideas, evidence-informed frameworks and opportunities for reflection and application.

Participants bring real experiences, decisions and workplace dynamics into their Circle. They examine the assumptions shaping how they see a situation, encounter perspectives beyond their own and consider different ways of responding.

Over time, women strengthen their ability to:
-
recognise the patterns and assumptions influencing their responses
-
approach relationships and difficult conversations with greater clarity
-
exercise greater judgement in complex or ambiguous situations
-
hold competing priorities and perspectives without rushing to easy answers
-
translate insight into deliberate action at work
If you are looking for a sustained development experience for a cohort of women in your organisation, talk to Kellie about creating a Professional Circle.
Parental Leave Circles
Connection to who she is, not a reason to check back in to her workplace.
For many women, what feels absent during parental leave is not the workplace itself. It is the part of themselves that work once gave somewhere to go - their curiosity, judgement, professional confidence, intellectual stimulation and connection with other thoughtful women. A Parental Leave Circle creates space for that part of her.

Across 12 weeks, the same small group of women, who are all on parental leave, comes together for five online coaching sessions.
Curated materials and evidence-informed frameworks give the Circle something substantial to explore, while expert facilitation allows women to reflect, think and continue developing without needing to stay connected to their workplace or prepare for their return.
For organisations, it offers a different form of parental leave support: the opportunity to continue investing in a woman’s development while leaving her in control of how connected she wants to remain to work.

Organisations can purchase an entire Circle cohort, or fund an individual place for a woman during parental leave, giving her access to a Circle with women from different organisations and life stages.
Workshops & Offsites
Bring Kith Salon’s facilitation and development methodology into an existing team, event or key moment in time.
For organisations looking for something more condensed or tailored, Kith Salon designs and facilitates focused development experiences for teams, leadership groups and cohorts of women.
Each experience begins with the context the group is navigating.
This might include; communication, relationships, change, resilience, self-awareness, competing priorities, leadership transition or working through complexity.
Rather than simply transferring information, participants work with a carefully chosen idea or framework, examine how it appears in their own context and learn through facilitated reflection and different perspectives.
Workshops and offsites can be designed as standalone experiences or as part of a broader leadership, development or organisational program.
Why Kith Salon works differently
At the heart of every Kith Salon Circle is a carefully designed 12-week curriculum, that draws on Kellie’s decades of leadership development experience, including the design and delivery of award-winning programs.

Because the core program has already been designed, it is straightforward for organisations to implement and more cost-effective than commissioning a bespoke program, without compromising the depth or quality of the experience.

Each session has a clear purpose and builds deliberately on the last. Evidence-informed frameworks and curated resources create shared language; expert facilitation helps participants apply those ideas to real workplace challenges, examine their assumptions and learn from perspectives beyond their own.
The small, consistent cohort allows trust to deepen and the quality of thinking to develop over time. Women move beyond exchanging opinions to testing new perspectives, strengthening their judgement and responding more deliberately when the answer is not straightforward.

Growth at work is not only upward. It can also mean going deeper: developing judgement, expanding what you can see and strengthening your capacity to meet complexity.
