The Kith Salon Method

Each Kith Salon Circle follows a  deliberate rhythm:

Meaningful development rarely comes from simply knowing more. It comes from having the right type of space to examine what you think, notice what may be shaping it and encounter perspectives that take your thinking somewhere new.

Kith Salon Circles draw on group coaching, action learning and adult development principles to create those conditions.

Ideas are explored together, tested against lived experience and carried back into everyday life. Women return to their Circle with what they noticed, tried, questioned or understood differently, allowing growth to build from one group coaching session to the next.

Your Coach holds the conditions within your Circle for that work, protecting trust and attention, deepening enquiry and introducing challenge where it serves the conversation.

The ideas worth your attention, carefully sourced, tested and curated.

There is no shortage of ideas about how to live, lead, relate and grow. The challenge is knowing what deserves your attention and is genuinely useful.

Kith Salon provides you with a carefully curated blend of research, articles, frameworks and other short-form resource materials. Each selection draws on Kellie’s 20-years of experience in coaching and development.

The materials may come from adult development, psychology, neuroscience, communication and leadership practice, but their relevance extends far beyond work. Each piece of material is chosen for what it can help you see, the shared language it gives your Circle group and the change it makes possible.

Kith Salon's curriculum explores development through three interconnected dimensions

SELF

How you understand your own patterns, needs, values and inner world and develop the capacity to see yourself with greater honesty, compassion and clarity.

This is where you begin to notice what is shaping the way you respond.

OTHERS

How you communicate, connect, repair, lead and relate,  including how you remain open to others while holding your own values and boundaries.

This is where greater self-understanding becomes greater relational capacity.

WORLD

How you make decisions, navigate competing demands and move between the different roles and contexts of your life without losing sight of what matters.

This is where development meets complexity, choice and the way you want to move through the world.

Development that builds, not a series of disconnected topics

Each Kith Salon Circle follows a carefully designed 12-week curriculum, shaped by Kellie’s deep experience designing and delivering award winning leadership development programs.

Each Circle session builds on what came before, creating shared language, deepening trust and progressively expanding the thinking the Circle can do together.

Kith Salon Circles currently offer two different 12-week programs.

Arc 1 - Expanding Capacity

The first 12-week curriculum builds greater capacity to understand yourself, engage meaningfully with others and recognise the wider context shaping how you respond, relate and contribute.

Arc 2 - Going Deeper

The second 12-week curriculum, for women who have completed Arc One: Expanding Capacity, returns to Self, Others and World with greater depth, exploring the patterns, assumptions and habits that shape how you interpret experience, navigate complexity and make lasting change.

Nothing reaches your Circle by accident

The Kith Standard is your filter, we've done the work for you. Every article, piece of research, podcast, video, framework and idea is carefully held to five core standards, before it becomes part of your experience.

01

Worth your attention

Every selection has been read in full and considered through a practitioner’s lens. It must offer something substantial, not simply be interesting, popular or well packaged.

02

Grounded in credible evidence

The ideas are examined against established research and credible sources. Where evidence is evolving or a concept is interpretive rather than proven, that distinction is made clear.

03

Proven useful in practice

The curation comes from deep knowledge and experience in coaching and adult development practice. The ideas need to hold up not only on the page, but in real conversations and real lives.

04

Relevant to real life

The material must hold value in practice. Kellie draws on more than 25 years of experience applying these ideas in coaching, leadership and organisational development, executive level roles and her own day-to-day life to assess what genuinely helps people see, understand or respond differently.

05

Chosen for what it makes possible

Every resource must earn its place: giving the group useful language, opening a question worth exploring or making a richer conversation possible. It appears at a deliberate point in the curriculum, building on what has come before and preparing the ground for what follows.

You are not given more content to consume.
You are given what has earned your attention.

A human-led practice

Kith Salon uses technology where it is useful, but never in place of human judgement, human coaching or human connection. When you take part in a Kith Salon experience, the person thinking with you, responding to you and making decisions about your experience is Kellie, not an AI agent.
