Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By browsing or purchasing a membership on this website, you agree to be bound by these terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, as published on www.kithsalon.com.
By using this website, you confirm that you have read and understood this agreement, that you have the legal capacity to enter into it, and that you agree to comply with all applicable Australian laws and regulations.
Kith Salon reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Kith Salon reserves the right to terminate access to any part of the website or membership at any time.
Membership & Subscription
By purchasing a Kith Salon Circle membership you agree to pay the applicable fee for the term agreed at the time of sign-up.
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
Kith Salon membership provides access to digital content, community platforms, reading materials, and facilitated sessions as specified for each membership tier.
It does not constitute therapy, clinical advice, counselling, or medical treatment of any kind.
Membership Term
By joining a Kith Salon Circle, you agree to a twelve-week membership term and to pay the membership fees in accordance with the payment option selected at the time of joining. Where payment is made by instalments, those instalments will continue for the full term.

The Circle membership ends automatically at the conclusion of the twelve-week term and does not renew automatically. Any promotional or discounted pricing applies only to the membership term for which it was offered, unless otherwise stated.
Membership Cancellation
The Circle is a twelve-week membership and requires a commitment for the full twelve-week term. Circle membership fees are payable in accordance with the payment option selected at the time of joining.

Your membership will automatically end at the conclusion of the twelve-week term and will not renew unless you actively choose to join another Circle or membership offering.

If you are unable to continue your membership due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us at hello@kithsalon.com. Any request to end a membership before the completion of the twelve-week term will be considered by Kith Salon on a case-by-case basis.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including where services are not provided with due care and skill or otherwise fail to meet a consumer guarantee.
Discount & Promotional Pricing
From time to time, Kith Salon may offer promotional, introductory, founding-member or other discounted pricing. Any discount applies only on the terms stated at the time it is offered and may be subject to eligibility criteria, availability, time limits or other conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounted pricing applies only to the specific membership term or offering for which it was provided and does not carry over to any future Circle, membership, renewal or other Kith Salon offering.

Kith Salon may vary, withdraw or end promotional pricing at any time before a membership is purchased. Any discount already validly applied to a confirmed membership will be honoured for that membership term
Human delivery and use of AI
Kith Salon’s coaching and facilitated experiences are human-led. Artificial intelligence is not used to deliver coaching, provide personalised advice, assess participants or make decisions about access to or participation in Kith Salon services.
Kith Salon may use generative AI internally to support general thinking and drafting. AI-generated material is subject to human review and judgement, and personal, confidential or identifiable client information is not entered into generative AI tools.
