Hello
I’m Kellie. Executive Coach, Adult Development specialist, Positive Psychology practitioner, avid reader and mother of two.
For over 25 years, I have worked alongside corporate leaders, helping them access the frameworks of adult development, the psychology of relationships and connection, the science of resilience. To help people understand themselves, lead more consciously and change how they show up.

Then I became a parent and made a deliberate choice, to apply everything I knew professionally to how I showed up at home, not just surviving the transition, but understanding it. Using it.
Kith Salon is that choice made available to every woman who wants it. Not just the ones the system chose.
Why I created Kith Salon
For as long as I can remember, I’ve preferred to go deep. I’ve never been particularly good at surface-level conversation. What lights me up is exploring what sits below the surface, the world of possibility to change, adapt and grow.

As a child, books were my obsession. My mother playfully limited me to one new book a week because I was going through them faster than she could keep up. That curiosity became a lifelong love of ideas, questions and mental models that expand how we think, what we believe is possible and how we move through the world. By my teenage years, I'd become an avid researcher, finding, storing and archiving theories, concepts, frameworks. My bookcase had grown outside the bedroom and had (much to my fathers dismay) taken up residence in the garage, filling countless plastic storage tubs. Today (much to my husbands dismay) they now reside in my garage.

Across my corporate career, the work I’ve loved most has been helping people at key moments: leaders stepping into bigger roles, people navigating transition in work and life and teams trying to change how they worked together. I love taking a question, concept or framework and bringing it to life. Breaking it down. Stress-testing it. Asking: how does this actually show up on a Tuesday afternoon? How does this help someone lead, relate or live better?

I’ve seen what great leadership and strong cultures can create. I’ve also experienced the opposite: environments shaped by fear, ego or a lack of self-awareness. Those experiences reinforced something important for me - the external environment is not always within your control, but how you show up within it is. That is the work I keep coming back to.

I believe deeply in human potential. That we are not fixed. That we can choose our path forward. That growth is available to anyone willing to engage with it honestly. And I’m drawn to people who are willing to be real. The ones who bring their curiosity, their vulnerability, and their delightfully weird. Because that is where meaningful change starts.

This is why I created Kith Salon. To build the kind of room I have always wanted to be in: thoughtful, curious, honest and generous. A place for women who want more than surface-level inspiration or the latest wellness fix. Women who want to understand themselves more clearly, make sense of their lives more honestly, and do something meaningful with what they learn.

Kith Salon brings together the things that have shaped me most - the big questions and ideas, the honest conversations and connection, the books - with the belief that growth becomes more powerful when it happens in community.
